This is Kandy Korn who belongs to my almost stepdaughter -- for now. Kandy Korn is FIV +, probably picked up from her mother. My BF's ex has decided that there is a huge risk that FIV is going to jump species, so Kandy Korn has to be given away. Do you get the logic of that, I don't -- she's a danger to human health, but you're going to dump her on someone else?

We've said we'd take her in, despite my allergies, but this nearly sparked WWIII. She's mostly lived at Liz's other house, but has come to visit for vacations and such, so I got to know her too. We're all going to miss her.
